Are you attempting to log in with your personal LTD domain ([yourdomain].ltdteam.com) or the main ltdteam.com domain? Does this issue happen with both domains? Have you verified your password (see above)?
We find that members occasionally have challenges logging in with Internet Explorer, especially if they are using the main ltdteam.com login page. If you wish to continue using this browser, be sure it has the most current upgrades and use [yourdomain].ltdteam.com as your login page. Our programmers also suggest switching to the Firefox browser (free download), as we have had fewer challenges with this browser. You should also delete your cookies, browsing history, and temporary Internet files before trying to log in again.
If you continue to experience this issue, please send an email to techservices@ltdteam.com with your name, LTD ID number, the name and version of your web browser and we will investigate further.
Prospective Members
Registering as a new LTD Member is very simple:
- ID: Enter the LTD number of your sponsor
- Password: register
- Press the Login button
- Read the Registration instructions carefully, then click on the “Register Here" link at the bottom of the page
- Complete the registration form and follow the instructions. You will be assigned an LTD number.
If, during the registration process, you encounter an error message or a message that your session has timed out, STOP. You may have already registered and your credit card may be charged. Please contact Member Services at billing@ltdteam.com (include your name, your sponsor's name, and the sponsor's LTD ID number) to confirm the status of your LTD membership registration.
