Need Assistance

Use this Lost Password link to retrieve your login password. If you are not able to display your login password after following the steps, or if you do not remember the information asked for, you may send an email to techservices@ltdteam.com with the following information (to verify your identity):

The action you want us to perform (reset your login password) and the new password you want

Name(s) on the account

The email address you have in your Profile

The answer to your security question or your birthdate

The last four digits of the credit card you have in your Profile

ID: Enter the LTD number of your sponsor
Password: register
Press the Login button
Read the Registration instructions carefully, then click on the “Register Here" link at the bottom of the page
Complete the registration form and follow the instructions. You will be assigned an LTD number.

If, during the registration process, you encounter an error message or a message that your session has timed out, STOP. You may have already registered and your credit card may be charged. Please contact Member Services at billing@ltdteam.com (include your name, your sponsor's name, and the sponsor's LTD ID number) to confirm the status of your LTD membership registration.
